How do I get started with Secure Exchange?
Step 1: Choose your product and add-ons. Review our products to understand which solution is right for you. Contact us at sales@secureexsolutions.com or 1.888.470.9913 for more information.
Step 2: Register. If you are eligible for Secure Exchange products through a hospital, EHR, HIE, payer or other healthcare network, you may be able to register via their website. If not, contact us for help signing up.
Step 3: Start using Direct secure messaging! If you are using SES Online, you may access your email online. If you are using SES SMTP, you may access your mail online, through Outlook, or on your phone or tablet. If you are using SES Connect, you will be able to access your messages inside your EHR, CDR, or other application.
